Fixed fees
Fees are fixed and agreed before any work starts, so you know the bill in advance. Phone calls and emails cost nothing extra. Ask the question.
The first meeting is free
The first meeting is fact finding and costs nothing. If we can help, you get a full estimate of the work before we begin.
Spread it across the year
Cash is king. Pay by monthly standing order if that suits your cashflow better than one bill.
How to pay, and how not to
Invoices carry the payment details. We never publish bank details on this website, and we never change our bank details by email. If a message asks you to pay a different account, do not. Ring the office on 0345 565 3140 first.
